- Choosing the correct airport for your needs is essential. Our favorite airport is LaGuardia but you can’t go wrong between LGA, JFK, and Newark
- Transportation from the airport to your hotel:
- Taking public transportation from the airport is an option, but we always find it’s worth the splurge to get an Uber or taxi, especially if you’re traveling with others.
- Uber—Signs will direct you to the ride-sharing sites. Call your uber when you arrive at this section.
- Taxi – you can follow signs and get into one of the taxi lines after arriving! Please note, taxis typically have a flat fare rate from the airport to Manhattan. During times of surge Uber rates, this is the way to go!
- JFK to Manhattan flat fare: $70
- LGA to Manhattan flat fare: $52
- Newark has no flat fare available

Accommodations
*These rates may fluctuate but we’ve listed options below from most to least expensive.
We’d recommend staying in the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, or midtown for closer proximity to events as the majority of our wedding events will be uptown. However, there are so many hotels in New York and several modes of transportation to take advantage of. Please stay wherever you’d prefer! Please see below for a few options for accommodations.
